Deine Aufgaben

Deine Aufgaben und Zuständigkeiten im Bereich Data Engineering:

Entwicklung von Analysediensten: Design und Entwicklung leistungsstarker, robuster und skalierbarer Analyse-Services, einschließlich produktionsreifer APIs.
Datenarchitektur und -modellierung: Entwurf und Implementierung von Datenarchitekturen und -modellen, die eine zuverlässige Datenanalyse und -interpretation ermöglichen.
Entwicklung der Dateninfrastruktur: Erweiterung und Verbesserung der Data Lake- und Data Warehouse-Infrastruktur zur Unterstützung fortschrittlicher Analyse- und Berichtsfunktionen.
Verwaltung von ETL-Pipelines: Entwicklung, Optimierung und Pflege von ETL-Pipelines zur Gewährleistung einer effizienten Datenverarbeitung und -integration.

Mögliche analytische Aufgaben (eine Teilmenge der folgenden Aufgaben kann behandelt werden):

Process Mining und Konformitätsprüfung: Bewertung und Sicherstellung, dass Prozesse den vordefinierten Modellen entsprechen, und Ermittlung von Abweichungen.
Graph-Analyse: Anwendung von Graphenanalyse, um komplexe Beziehungen innerhalb der Daten zu verstehen und zu visualisieren.

Wir suchen eine kreative Persönlichkeit, die unser Team bei der Entwicklung und Erweiterung unserer Datenanalysefähigkeiten unterstützt und durch erweiterte Analysen wertvolle Erkenntnisse gewinnt. Du wirst die Möglichkeit haben, unsere Analyse-Infrastruktur und -Prozesse aktiv zu gestalten und sowohl eine effektive Implementierung als auch eine skalierbare Bereitstellung sicherzustellen. In diesem frühen Stadium legen wir großen Wert auf Kreativität und bieten Dir die Freiheit, innovativ zu sein und die zukünftige Entwicklungsrichtung mitzugestalten.
Deine erforderlichen Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen:

Programmiersprachen: Beherrschung von Python für die Entwicklung produktionsreifer Anwendungen und APIs.
Entwicklung von Analysediensten: Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und skalierbaren Bereitstellung von Analysediensten und Stream-Processing-Anwendungen.
Datenbankverwaltung: Gute SQL-Kenntnisse zur Abfrage und Verwaltung relationaler Datenbanken.
Deutschkenntnisse: Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift.
Reisebereitschaft: Fähigkeit und Bereitschaft zu reisen und Kunden sowie POC-Standorte (Proof of Concept) zu besuchen.
Präsenz vor Ort: Bereitschaft, 1 bis 2 Tage pro Woche vor Ort in unserem Münchner Büro zu verbringen.

Einige der folgenden Qualifikationen sind ein Plus:

Datenverarbeitungs-Frameworks: Erfahrung mit Stream- und/oder Batchlverarbeitungs-Frameworks wie Apache Flink oder Apache Spark ist ein Plus.
Message Brokers: Vertrautheit mit Kafka für den Aufbau von Echtzeit-Datenpipelines und Streaminganwendungen.
Cloud-Plattformen: Erfahrung mit dem AWS-Toolset für cloudbasierte Datenlösungen ist von Vorteil.
Containerisierung und Orchestrierung: Kenntnisse von Docker und Kubernetes für die Bereitstellung und Verwaltung containerisierter Anwendungen.
Datenspeicherlösungen: Kenntnisse von StarRocks oder Erfahrung mit anderen OLAP-Datenbanken wie ClickHouse, Pinot, Trino, Druid sind von Vorteil.
Graph-Analyse: Vertrautheit mit Graph-Analysetools und -Bibliotheken wie iGraph oder graph-tool ist ein Plus.
Bildungsweg: Bachelor-Abschluss in Informatik, Datenwissenschaft, Ingenieurwesen oder einem verwandten Bereich.
Erfahrung: Einige Erfahrung in einer verwandten Funktion, mit einer nachgewiesenen Fähigkeit, schnell zu lernen und Probleme effektiv zu lösen.
Persönliche Eigenschaften: Hoch motiviert, wissbegierig und leidenschaftlich bei der Entwicklung von Lösungen, die in der Praxis echte Auswirkungen haben.

Your mission

Development and Data Engineering Tasks and Responsibilities:

Analytics Service Development:Design and develop performant, robust, and scalable analytics services including APIs on a production grade level.
Data Architecture and Modeling: Design and implement data architectures and models that facilitate robust data analysis and interpretation.
Data Infrastructure Development: Extend and enhance the Data Lake and Data Warehouse infrastructure to support advanced analytics and reporting capabilities.
ETL Pipeline Management: Develop, optimize, and maintain ETL-Pipelines to ensure efficient data processing and integration.

Possible Analytical Tasks (A subset of the following may be addressed):

Process Mining and Conformance Checking: Evaluate and ensure processes adhere to predefined models and identify deviations.
Graph Analysis: Perform graph-based analyses to understand and visualize complex relationships within the data.

Your profile

We are looking for a creative individual to join our team in developing and enhancing our data analysis capabilites and deriving insights through advanced analytics. Required Skills and Experience:

Programming Languages: High proficiency in Python for production grade application and API development
Analytics Service Development: Experience in the development and scalable deployment of analytics services and stream processing applications
Database Management: Strong knowledge of SQL for querying and managing relational databases
German Language Skills: Fluent ("verhandlungssicher") in written and spoken German
Willingness to Travel: Ability and willingness to travel and visit customers and POC (Proof of Concept) locations
Onsite Presence: Willingness to spend 1 to 2 days per week onsite in our Munich office

Having some of the following Qualifications is a Plus:

Data Processing Frameworks: Experience with stream and/or batch processing frameworks like Apache Flink or Apache Spark is a plus
